Fidelity Bank Nigeria

Fidelity Bank Plc popularly known as Fidelity Bank Is one of the commercial banks in Nigeria. It is licensed by the CBN as a Commercial Bank with International Authorization.

The Bank was incorporated in 1987 and began its operations in 1988. The bank started with a Merchant Banking license and later converted to a commercial bank in the year 1999 aiming to grow as a private limited company and became a Public Limited Company in 1999, August. The Bank rebranded to Fidelity Bank Plc that same year.

Fidelity bank secured its Universal Banking License in year 2001 February and also obtained its International Banking License that same here. 

It has grown to a stable banking institution, during the 2005 Nigeria Banking consolidation, Over the years Fidelity bank has been known for its integrity and financial stability. The bank continues to rank among Nigeria’s most capitalized banks, with close to One Billion US Dollars.

Fidelity bank Nigeria  maintains a large network of interconnected branches in all states and major cities in the country. They Currently have 240 business offices and 774 ATMs.
